While there is an event or not i noticed it now several times that i had 1 chest before entering the free code getting me to 2 chests of that kind. Opening 1 gets me to a total of 0 chests. Latest incedents are the free jc with cana-dian-natinal 2->0 and the cookie-event 2-> 0 cookie chests. As the "Play History" is only 3 pages short, i cant get to the point where i got the chest->jc upgrade. http://imgur.com/GlKTHfN http://imgur.com/yf97kKr Recalling the other "chest disappered" thread, its not just a "whatever it is that causes the display error". Its more like, the codes gives you +1 and while opening it takes -2. Or entering the code gives a displayed +1 (on screen) but it actually just gives +0 (in code). Either way, it is not just confusing - there seems to be something wrong.
5565 Posts	Link to post - Posted May 6th 2016 at 8:07 AM Raymond it's only a display glitch. you only get one chest from any redeem code even if it shows 2. you did not have 1 chest before redeeming the code. you had 0. the code appears to give you 2. you open 1 and then have 0 but you got the contents of the one and only one you got. next time actually before typing i a redeem code, verify that you have 0 before, or even some non zero number. then enter the code, and see what appears as 2 more then before but really that's only 1. it is unbelievable that the Devs don't fix this which has been known since August. but you also can, after the fact, see that you are wrong. click the P key while in game to look at play history, and see the wording to the effect that that your chests on redeeming a code went from 0 to something, then on opening that really only one, it goes back to 0 the Devs should answer this better then I have tried but i hope this makes sense

The bug is fixed if you have loaded the game since 11am PDT yesterday (May 5th). That you still saw the double chest means you had an old version of the game. That you got the code earlier than this morning means that we need to be better at hiding images in the code. Erika
8 Posts	Link to post - Posted May 6th 2016 at 10:31 AM Sveid Nope, that does not satisfy me. Version displayed is 0.57 so its a secret internal version or so. Because its the same version that came with tier 3 talents. And i am shure i had a jeweled chest before redeeming the code. After that it displayed 2 chests. 1 befor + 1 after redeeming = 2 = 0 after opening 1. Seems more likely i got an upgraded jeweled chest with the old version and it did not register it because of that old version still running. @Ray: y, next time i will take pictures before - during and after. But as u can see in the first picture, it does not tell how many jeweled chest you have, just that u get 1x for redeeming. And i did not say or did even expect that the redeem-code should have given me 2 chests. Did load the game arround 1am PDT on 5th may. Maybe its fixed now. Keep up the good work.

If a minor fix is required, or if we want to put in something like the CN Tower promo, we will update the game and players get the new version when they refresh or reload.
