'32-bit land' is actually '16-bit land'

I think, '32-bit land' should be renamed to '16-bit land', because it resembles Sega, SNES, MS-DOS games, which were 16bit. And jump from 8bit to 16bit is more logical than jump from 8bit directly to 32bit.
