6 Posts	Link to post - Posted April 6th 2016 at 12:52 PM Kazazoth Last event I bought the GE and 2 chests, and my first chest contained a rare/epic version of the GE. The event before that, same thing. This event I bought 2 chests. The first chest contained rare/epic capes. The second chest contained... an epic cape. I'm sorry, the odds of this are astronomical. Beyond all reason. As in, it really just can't be 'random'. Please look into this. I buy chests every. Single. Event. This was the last straw. I'm not buying any more if this isn't addressed.

I have scaled back my playing of this game from 'every day' to 'once in a while' and my purchasing from 'every event' to 'not until this is addressed directly'.

I realize that it is frustrating to get a duplicate piece of gear. However, it does mean that the randomness is working. If you see a piece of gear for all 6 slots, then it wouldn't be random, it would be pseudo-random. I am trying to get the designers to change the code, so that both pieces of gear in one chest opening aren't two copies of the gear for the same slot. It really does suck to get an Uncommon and a Rare version of the same piece in one chest opening. I dislike it when it happens to me. I'm not sure when they would get that in though. Erika
