OpusTheFowlHi there,
Just wondering if I could get a better (clearer) explanation of this talent as I don't see it working the way I thought it would. Thanks! |

VingummiIts pretty easy. 50% is max cooldown reduction.
After that you can still get cooldown reduction trinkets, all those over 50% will be going to dps. Every 1% over 50% will give dps 0,25% dps at lvl 1 0,50% dps at lvl 2 0,75% dps at lvl 3 And so on to level 50 with 12,5% at max per 1% cooldown reduction over 50% |
