What I did: I started the 2k level objective, and got all my active crusaders and my visible benched crusaders to level 2k. The objective flashed a checkmark indicating I finished it. Then I advanced a level, and the checkmark vanished. When i was about to reset, it said my objective was incomplete. Ok. So then I switched out Alan to Phoenix, got Phoenix up to level 2k, and the objective flashed a checkmark again. I went to reset, and it said I finished the goal, so I hit the button. It calculated my idols, and then proceeded to tell me the objective was incomplete, awarding me 0 rubies. So this could be one of a few problems:

1> If I needed to get all my crusaders to level 2k, including the hidden ones sharing bench slots (example: Gryphon was hidden at level 0, Rocky was visible but benched at level 2k), then the checkmark shouldn't have flashed, and I shouldn't have gotten a false positive before I reset.

2> I finished it legitimately, and something is bugged that caused the game to think I didn't.

-or-

3> Human error on my end and I missed a level or 2 (I highly doubt it, but the possibility is there), but something is still bugged and it flashed the checkmark multiple times and told me I was good to reset before I did.

Unfortunately I reset, so my account is no longer in this particular run, but hopefully it's something that can be looked into. If I have to do the run again for whatever reason, fine, I don't really mind (I was really trying to take advantage of this weekend's buff though). I just really hope I don't run into this again after pushing to beat it, because I did burn through some chests and buffs at the end.

i'm thinking your level all button screwed things up, but if you closed the browser and reopened it I bet the checkmark would have been back on.

Thank you for the report.

Unfortunately, there appears to be an error with that objective completing properly if you happen to level a Crusader who has a swap before you reset the world. It's tied into all the other issues surrounding the swapped Crusaders.

If you put in a help ticket using the Contact Support button, then we can mark the objective as complete and credit you the missing Rubies, or you can wait to try the objective again until the bug is fixed. Unfortunately no ETA for that at the moment.
