i had 2 cookie jeweled chests. After opening the first (getting crap like usual) both were gone!

i had one chest THEN i used the newsletter code.

dont remember***, i just looked and saw a cookie chest -> this reminding me that there might be more available (i like to open them in packs) i checked my newsletter, entered the code -> 2 chests

happily i opened the first one -> got crap -> both were gone....

also in the pop-up-announcement it says:
... check out these limited-time Jeweled cookie Chests that
contain equipment for just the five Crusaders above!
(only for previously unlocked Crusaders)

With the ROBOT-santa beeing the ONLY previously locked crusader of the five, shouldn't the chest contain only Equipment for him?

you DID NOT have 2, it a[[eared that you had 2, but you didn't.
If you press the play history P and look for when you used the one and only jeweled cookie chest you will see it say x1 and going from 1 to 0 chests upon use.
UNLESS you actually bought chests cause the free code only gave 1 chest even though it looked like 2.
they do this every time there is a free code and every time a lot of people get upset over the nothing it is, and every time the Devs never decide to actually fix whatever it is that causes the display issue of seeing something that isn't there.
