As a Kong player, the "Help and Support" link in the footer of the game (white text) is still available for you to put in a help request, even though the error message is showing.

It is technically against all the sites that host Crusaders Terms of Service, and so their accounts could be banned if the host sites took action. However, Crusaders is a single player game, and if someone breaks their account, we will fix it so they can try playing properly, up to 3 times.
5565 Posts	Link to post - Posted April 19th 2016 at 11:57 AM Raymond nice that you have an 'up to 3 times' but if it were me I'd do it once and say if you brak the account again then tough luck. Or say outright at the start that no hacking is allowed and never fix even the first occurrence. But wait you DO have that rule already in effect in teh forums/chat guidelines but apparently don't enforce it.
