Possible bug with Larry and Monkey

Now I realize this is a positive exploit, but I still think the devs should be aware of it. Plus I don't really care because there is no way to get gear, but when I unlocked Larry the Leprechaun, I also got Mister Monkey. Who is from an event from before I started playing. And it seems to only happen because larry and monkey share a slot with Kaine.

We've since put out a fix, so Mister the Monkey will be probably locked when you refresh. Sorry about that, Erika

I did the quest to get Larry, who swaps with Kaine ...but I started back during the beta, so I had Mr. The Monkey already. No matter how many times I click "swap", I never get my Leprechaun. I used to use Monkey a lot, but after getting epic gear for Kaine, I don't really use him now. Is there a way to use Larry that I'm not figuring out?
