if it's flash then preform a flash cache cleat, right click in game area and select clear cache, also select settings and drag memory bar to 0. reload game and answer the question. And if that doesn't do it then perhaps uninstall flash and reinstall it. And maybe reboot the computer.
sometimes a browser cache clear might also fix things. depends on the browser, but it's most likely in the history. watch out for clearing saved passwords and other settings, just clear cache and maybe cookies.

unless your bug is related to some kind of cheating on your end. and they apparently will fix that for you.
