Didn't received rubies!

I waited for the next daily quest, because I thought maybe it's just a display error, but the last daily quest added some rubies to my states. So what went wrong? We're not sure what causes it, but it's on our fix list to try and track down. I've credited you the missing 15 rubies, taking you to 1625. Erika

I understand stockpiling silver chests, but there's something strange about stockpiling ruby's or equivalently stockpiling jeweled chests.
