I got the firestorm quest to use firestorm 5 times and used firestorm one time, no problem. Then later on I remembered I had the firestorm quest and clicked firestorm a few times while the game was changing from one level to the next level. When the next level loaded up, the quest was complete even though I needed to click firestorm 5 times and I technically only clicked it once since it was not used when I was clicking it while the level was changing. The game registered 4 firestorm clicks while the level was changing for some reason.
