I can also confirm this bug. After I read TheFireNight's report I thought I'd see for myself, clicked Magnify and all the other skills had the same values as before. After I clicked on Simba's Pride it went from 50% to 75%. For some reason the Magnify skill doesn't apply immediately but only after clicking another skill.

Yeap, but it doesn't work as it used to. Before the last patch, once you clicked Magnify, all skills would get the +50% effect if you would scroll over them. Now, the +50% appears if you mouseover them AFTER you activate a skill, meaning the skill you just activated did not get the 50% bonus.

For some reason it doesn't increase the next activated skill, but the one activated after the next activated skill.

Proof/Example:

I clicked Magnify. I scrolled over the Stormrider ability. It still says 50% increase.

I then clicked Stormrider. Now, if I scroll over, it says 75%, meaning I will get 75% after I click it again, in 4 hours.

It used to be that once we clicked Magnify and scrolled over Stormrider, it would say 75%. Now it says 75% *after* we activate it once, meaning the Magnify's effect applies with a one-skill delay.

Yeah. It looks like Magnify is working just fine with Storm Rider, it's just the mouseover text that's broken, or at least confusing.

I can confirm that every time I have ever used Storm Rider, I have always used magnify immediately before and have never had any issue getting +7.5% to it;s total.
