AdioI had the bonus item pop up, but now it appears it is no longer on my account? Can anything be done?

Thank you for supporting the game. Sorry to hear it's causing you trouble. Looking at your account, you do have the Golden Crystal Horned Helmet of Pointiness equipped on Sarah though. If you need help for a problem like this again, you can put in a help ticket using the "Help & Support" link in the white text at the bottom of the game on Kongregate, or from the "Contact Support" button in the question mark menu in-game on Steam.
