Looks like you had the Bush Whacker and Jim set above the allowed number of Crusader levels.

I've set them back down so you can continue playing normally.

Pretty sure it's just with using cheat engines. It seems however that when you do go above the max crusader level limit or set gold to something like "1/0" (or however it's set to infinity), that the game basically breaks for the player. As a result, a support ticket has to be sent in order to reverse the editing done via the cheat engine. Because the game does not have any sort of leaderboard nor multiplayer aspect, there is no reason to penalize the player for using one. Don't believe there would be any other way to get to that point, unless there's some glitch in the game.
