Not receiving redeem code when signing up for the newsletter (24hrs later)

I have checked both my inbox and the junk mail folder, but nothing. I have tried entering my details again in case I made an error, but every time it says I am already registered. Could you please help? Thanks in advance

5565 Posts	Link to post - Posted September 23rd 2015 at 12:23 PM Raymond you get no code for signing up. you will get a code when they put them out now that you are signed up. there have only been 3 or 4 so far. next will be who knows when

Oh well, by the time they send out a new code, I will have probably stopped playing...
5565 Posts	Link to post - Posted September 23rd 2015 at 1:57 PM Raymond um. perhaps the very first piece of gear is different. if you are using gmail, then be aware that in addition to the inbox and spam folder, there's something called promotions and google decides what to put into that.

If you don't, you can put in a help ticket using the "Help and Support" link in the footer of the game, or if you click on the Support link on Armor and we can look in the email database Erika ---------- @ spuddles: Check now, and ditto the above if you don't get it. @ Raymond: For signing up, you get the code for a piece of Sasha gear. You get it usually within half an hour of signing up. Then there are normal newsletters and newsletters with codes.
