I reseted my world and started free play. With money enough to buy 2 jewelled chests I bought and then the card came to the screen without animation and I couldn't pick them, tried many things and so i refreshed the page and i loosed my cards, opening the second one the same problem... i worked hard to acumulate the ruby... and now the bug took it away. How can be resolved my problem. Sorry for my bad english.

The moment you open a chest, the contents are saved to your account. If you have to refresh, you just don't see the new item gold stars.

As of version .28, you can hit "p" to see your game history. That should show you the content of the chests.

If you don't see anything in your history, you can put in a help ticket by clicking on Support. (http://prntscr.com/86voaw)
