I initially had presumed the cap for CD reduction would be 50% but I've recently passed that mark to disprove the theory and was wondering where it did get hard capped?

In my opinion it should be no more than 75% and I just wanted to address the possible issue that it may not have been capped before someone got 100% and could use stuff instantly making it totally out of control.

what's wrong with a cooldown being 100% or more? that's only like having a 2x or +100%, neither of which is unprecedented and neither of which breaks the game or makes it totally out of control.

well the 'or more' actually is unfeasible but you know what I mean

Being able to constantly firestorm would be absurd. Storm Rider would get a little ridiculous if spammed with an auto-clicker all day as well.

My opinion still stands on a 75% hard cap and that alone is generous. I thought 50% would be the cap at first.

Hi Luner,

The cooldown cap is 50%. It's just a visual glitch that it shows as over 50% on the trinkets at the moment. We have that on our bug fix list.

Thank you Erika, I figured as much that this was the case.

Update: http://prntscr.com/8706u6, I just noticed it now shows the 50% max in brackets when hovering over skills.

Also a test of using the abilities proves that it is working accurately (15 mins for the 30 min magnify)

Im currently at 52% with only Horns. I mean the fact im still getting these CDR items has ruined one jeweled so far. Should I just not open more chests until this is fixed?

I've also reached the cap and I'm at 55% now. I keep getting some horn in the chests. But there are some other problems coming with that. Some crusader equipments and skills become useless.

The nicest way would be to cap 50% from horns, stop dropping of horns after that, and let crusaders' gear and skills add up on that (total cap would be 60-something in that case)

Although on second thought, another idea: how about making excess reduction become enhancement, boosting the abilities? I.e. if you have 70% total reduction, you reduce CD by 50% and boost effect by 20%.

I'd say disenchant for idols maybe, the boost effect has to be limited or you would gain 100% damage fireballs for example

Eh, you can already use magnify+firestorm+phoenix to one hit kill bosses, doing it with just firestorm won't change much of anything.
