keep getting a disconnect
14 Posts	Link to post - Posted July 18th 2015 at 8:20 AM irene I cannot log onto the game. Was on earlier and now, before it even loads my character select screen, I get a disconnect message. Any idea what is happening. I have cleared everything (flash, browser, etc) to no avail. Logged all the way, shut off computer, restarted and the same thing happens. Tried laptop, tried wireless, tried hard wired, tried other games, but it seems I am fine just can't log onto Shards! Help!
59 Posts	Link to post - Posted July 18th 2015 at 8:34 AM Helen Murray same here cant get in just getting a disconnected you have been disconnected from the shards of titan server either an error has occured or the server is being restarted please refresh your window to continue playing ? i get to loading graphics and then the same message
10 Posts	Link to post - Posted July 18th 2015 at 8:42 AM Bevier Same here, i was playing and had to refresh, cuz the bh window showed no tasks and didnt get closed. when i clicked on server i got to loading graphics and got the message disconected.

The game log shows: 0000001639: Connecting to socket server at: wss://shardsps1.djartsgames.ca:8889/websocket/ 0000021676: SOCKET ERROR: cannot connect to Web Socket server at wss://shardsps1.djartsgames.ca:8889/websocket/ (SecurityError: Error #2048) make sure the server is running and Flash socket policy file is correctly placed 0000021677: SOCKET ERROR: Error: Error #1009 0000021677: SOCKET CLOSED
