Candace BakayLooks like Facebook has a problem - that is wide spread. None of the 3 games I play load and play properly. If they load they freeze or the nice big exclamation mark appears. My mother is also having problems. I do not know how to file a user help request.

Colleen GillanWith EB2, go to the "Help Me" tab and on the right side these is a link to open a support ticket.
