Lydia WardenYesterday I spent 54 minutes, pleaying the rare prize "Mulitply 25 multipliers time 25". Today when I loaded the game, the prize did not show up. I'm not sure what to do. Can you help me? Do I need to create a ticket? If so, how do I do that?

You do have the prize. In the original Challenge Monkey, there are two pages of rares. If you click on the tab with the Star, there is a blue arrow on the right. Your lamp is there on the second page. If you ever do need to put in a ticket, just click the "Help Me" button above the game or the Help & Support link under the game window. Best, Erika |
