Don't know if its mentioned before, but when I swap the clown for jason and recruit the clown there is no new crusader unlocked. I have to swap back to jason to unlock artaxes.

Got the same bug like Kamorth an last page. No treasure chests opened after click. Only one card appears and its not clickable. After refresh the game goes on but without some treasure.

I killed lvl 85 boss of carnival and got normal chest. When I then opened it, screen froze so I refreshed and I lost loot. Same thing happened with jewelled chest that I bought in shop with 100 rubies. Im owed one normal and one jewelled chest

It's happening now to everybody who tries to open chests. We're advising people on the game's chat not to open their chests.
I hope the devs will 'refund' our lost chests.

anybody. if you 'think' you lost a chest. press the 'P' key when you reload and it will show you what you got.
as far as I know, nobody, nobody at all, since perhaps 6 or 7 weeks ago has actually lost anything at all.
client/server issues only make it appear that you lost something. the display of something was bugged but the awarding of iy was not cause of everything happening on their server itself.

@Raymond Jerome Please check my screenshot on the previous page. That was taken AFTER refreshing from the screen freezing. Just because it hasn't happened before doesn't mean it isn't happening now.

Hi Everyone,

Sorry for the inconvenience. There was a bug with chest opening that should be stable now. As well, there were some server issues which have been fixed.

The moment you open a chest, the contents are saved to the server.

You just don't get the gold stars on new items since those are cleared by a refresh.

The only thing lost is gold from normal Silver Chests and we're looking into that.

You can view your history by hitting "p" and it will list the contents of those chests so you can see what you got. It sometimes takes up to 5 or 10 minutes to populate, but it will be there.

@ Zeusinator: Thanks for the report. I've put it on the bug fix list to look into needing more Gold to unlock the next Crusader.
