Nick I had a problem with only 23 e packs and I sent off all request. Then somehow my asking for e packs and when it was time to pick up the e packs were not at the same time. So, I was asking for e packs at 4 am and was only able to pick them up at 4 pm, when I got off work. So, I fixed that by spending bb's for energy to do my dailies in the morning and waiting till the next morning at 4 am to ask for e packs and to pick up the e packs. So, for two days it showed 23 e packs and on the second day is when the request for e packs and pick up for e packs got off to one being 4 aam and the other 4 pm. I just wanted you to be aware, I amended my original ticket and since Monday have not gotten a response form you. I understand your super busy getting out new content and I am patient. But, on the 3rd day it was fixed to my original 25 e packs and my request were at the same time as I pick up the e paks. I was a little frustrating to say the least. lol But I got through it. I somehow fixed it by logging out and back in several times on the third day.Thanks so uch, mshellgirl1969 a.k.a Michele
