I recall them saying something along the lines of them being quite a bit of work. I suspect after each event might have been too demanding. Were I to do them it would be quarterly or less. I also suspect that there's more suggestions and feedback than time to put it into the game, so over time you'd end up with a backlog of feedback.

If you think you do have gifts waiting and it's not enabled, feel free to submit a support ticket and I can look further into it when I have some time.

3397 Posts	Link to post - Posted October 28th 2020 at 1:52 PM Nickshire (CNE Dev) Earlier today, I had updated the game with a potential fix for the Desktop Launcher sometimes not saving store item purchases and some other calls. Please let me know if anyone is still experiencing this since about noon PDT today. Also, I added a performance improvement to loading Sasha's gift store, and added a separate tab to that store for event gifts you can send to friends. These will be in the next Release Notes on the blog, but I thought I'd mention them here anyways.
