Ruth Orozcookay, maybe I'm missing something...the instructions for the new content (YAY!!! New content!! Thanks, devs!) say to find the secret entrance in the Palace Steps zone. I whacked for a bit, then just clicked on the yellow ? in the Secret Alley and the guy gave me some quests. Did I not do something? Or can we go straight to question mark guy?

Jean DavisYou did correct. Chuck, the guy with the yellow ? in the Secret Alley, is where everything begins. His quest is also a repeatable/daily quest.
What I'm curious about is the new King's quest. |

RaymondI think we have to get all the way to that Lake before we see a Kings Quest.

Ruth Orozcoso, did anyone else read where it said to find the secret entrance in Palace Steps zone? I know I saw it, but maybe they were talking about where to start the King's Quest, once I'm there. Hmmm..

RaymondThere is a lot of confusion to this whole thing.
Read the first post on page one of this very topic. The 4 'new' zones are not new, they are 4 of the 5 mini zones (or 6 if you include the Crypts) that have existed and will still exist for people as they reach the correct Level which is apparently 60+. The Kings quest IS somewhere within the actual NEW zone that is unnamed but above the Desert /Lost City towards Twiggy Lake. I don't know of a 'secret' to get into that new area, it's quite easy, just look at your Map. |

Raymondunless they mean 4 squares that part of a zone that appears to have 9 squares towards Twiggy.
There has always been a disconnect from the Developers and all the players pertaining to what to call a whole 'zone' or 'area' of a whole bunch of 'squares' or whackable 'areas'. Until now they have been pretty good calling a lot of squares a zone now they appear to be calling individual squares each a zone. I just don't know. |

Justin Stocks (CNE Dev)Each individual square on the map is a 'zone.' That's the terminology that's actually used in the game code.

RaymondOK.
So let me see if I get this straight. There are 158 squares, oh wait I mean 158 zones, in this game. By that number I'm only counting squares, I mean zones, that have jigsaw puzzles or CI's, and only 2 of the new squares, oh I mean zones, so far. I'm not counting the dozen or so areas that have whackable things for quests, or the nearly 100 of other ancillary areas that hold NPC or Stores or whatever. Those 158 zones are contained in the 20 zones that make up this game. You know what I mean, the zones of 3, or 4, or 5, or 6, or 7, or 8, or 14, or 16 squares, zones dag nab it I'll never get that right, of a similar character of the same Update. Friends, Forests, ... to Jungle & Caves, and the 5 mini 'zones' and the other 1 mini zone that has no repeatable Quester Token Quest. So what do you call a gaggle of zones? And what is the 'name' of the up to 9 squares, zones, of this current release? The Skinny Twiggy Zones? |

Jean Davis@Justin - When I logged in today, my Map was showing quests to be completed that I had done yesterday. My Quest Log shows all my regular Daily Quests that need to be done, but no one or any zone has a blue ! showing.
Example: My Quest Log shows I need to do mining for Mr Smith, 2 fishing quests, Find Lucas, Daily Zap & my Feather quests. When I goto those zones, there is no blue ! above anyone indicating they need to be done. |

RaymondWait, wait...
"there are four new zones to explore" Are there really ONLY 4 'Zones' to explore when the Map clearly shows the new area as having 9 whole Squares? That's even more inefficient than the Scientists Castle. I wonder what more than half those squares are going to be all about. Can't all be for the Kings Quests. |

Pam Glyptis@ Russell ~ I think (not positive) that this Cheesy Auction Bread is for a new level that they just added to the Auction House for the players 135 and up, as it did need another level for the highest level players.
Someone please correct me if I'm wrong. @ Jo ~ Do you have an icon in the upper left of your game for the King's Quest? There should be one - Click that and it will tell, and show you where you need to go. Otherwise, open your map and click on 'Show Active Quests' and it should tell you there. Anytime you hover your mouse over an Active Quest in that box, it will highlight in yellow the squares that you need to go to, and if you click on the Quest name, it will give you info for it. If a Quest name is in red on your 'Active Quests' list, that means that it's in one of the sub-maps - The ones that have their own little map that you get to by clicking a square on the main map - Like the Haunted Castle, Underwater, Wizard of Oz Land, etc. The King himself would not be in one of the smaller sub-maps though, just thought I'd add that part in case any of them show red for you. Good Luck. |

Mary Beth BernardHi Justin, I have completed the quest in the Secret Alley 2 days in a row. I get the message I have collected the last relic each day. when I turn them in, the message is that I get my reward but I only have 19 out of 20 relics because one is a tin can. I cannot unlock the right gate unles I complete a quest for the person in the secret alley yet I am unable to do so. How do I get this gate unlocked?

Odin Oxthorn@Mary,
I just had the same problem but figured it out. You have to complete the puzzle in this zone and you will get a key. However, the key you get looks different than the key shown in the northern gate. I'm not sure if this is meant to happen, but it confused me as well. |
