It's a Bed & Breakfast and Camp Bushwhacker 2) I'm a foodie, so food galore 3) The hidden rooms are as follows: 3.1) Ground floor bathroom There are two bedrooms on the ground floor 3.2) 1st Floor bathroom 3.3) Island cabin bedroom 3.4) Island cabin bathroom 3.5) Island cabin sports equipment and locker area This is why I previously asked for ranch items like: Bathroom sink, shower stall, bunk beds, wardrobe, vanity etc. Thank you for following up after the ranch tour! I had a great time walking through your ranch. I appreciate the details here! Wonderful job. |

Nickshire (CNE Dev)Last Edited July 4th 2022 at 12:46 PM MadManix wrote: Hi Nick, 1) Is there an easy way to find out which SBAs I haven't done without having to revisit all of them? 2) Would it be much trouble to add 2 more keyboard bindings for us - poor players - who aren't using standard (US) qwerty keyboards? I was thinking of adding an "A" with parallel functionality to "Q" and "Z" parallel to "W". This would make life much easier for people using French standard keyboards (azerty). 3) What is the function of the "bar of friends" in the lower left part of the UI? In the 2+ years I've been playing I've never had to use it... It seems kind of superfluous. 4) Most flash/action script programmers I know of, have a background in making flash games. I wonder what games you've previously made, and whether they might show up in the flashpoint archive? 😉 1) You can look at the locations on the world map that don't have red flags poking out from them! Some locations, like the Commons and Nate/Kaine adventure locations don't have secret areas, but all the normal ones will. 2) Ah, that would be more inclusive, wouldn't it? I'll consider adding a toggle in the options for 'azerty' or, more ideally, a way to customize the hotkeys. 3) Assuming you're referring to list of potential friends at the bottom of the screen, where the "Invite Friends" button is, it's where you can invite friends! BW2 friends can help you whack bushes and you can visit their ranches, which may have helpful items you can interact with. They're like closer friends than just your Codename Games platform friends. 4) Most of my other projects have been in Microsoft XNA and Unity 3D technologies, so I don't have anything to contribute to the flashpoint archive. I appreciate you mentioning it here though! MadManix wrote: Thanks for your answer, Russel. It's not as if I don't know what that "friend bar" is being used for. However when I need to switch to a friend's farm, I use the "view all friends" button which is much more functional than the "friend bar". I just wondered if it had any other uses apart from its limited functionality. If not, then it really is superfluous... Fair point. If I recall correctly, the friend bar is sorted by your most active friends, so it's intended as a quick reference for those friends. It also serves to call attention to the friends feature for new folks, as they can be very beneficial. But yes, if you already know about them the "Your Friends" popup is the place to go. |

AquireWhiteThat sounds very unusual! I haven't heard of any item shrinking when you put it in storage.
Does it return to normal size when you re-load the game? No, it does not. The garden plots stay about 1/4 the size of the original. |

Nickshire (CNE Dev)Flybaby wrote: Hi Nick ... Since the Patriot Event is cancelled this year, is there any way for you to make previous Patriot event ranch and customization items available to Newbies or those who missed out on them? Such as the 2012 BBQ reward, USA and Canadian flags, picnic tables and chairs, etc., etc. Having to wait another year for these items to be offered again is a long time. Maybe some of these items could be made available in our ranch stores? Or perhaps the Holiday Enthusiast could sell other holiday items besides just garden gnomes. Just a thought. Thanks A thoughtful concern for the newer players! I'll consider adding some to the Holiday Enthusiast. |

Nickshire (CNE Dev)Russel Denton wrote: Hi fellow bushwhackians 1- just to answer MadManix's question NO#3, the bar of friends at the bottom, you can also access your friends ranch's and such like the bowling pin thing does which also accesses your friends ranch's etc ok, hope this helps 2- thank you for the community mini event Nick, i know i liked it, and the theme too, but as usual, a few folk did not like it, you can read the thread under the General Discussion section, so here's my thoughts on how it could be improved if you do it again ok... - i think it was the dino bag or dig bag - but it gave fossils, we can find those already, maybe next time we could get like a dino skeleton like those displays, and we have to put them together like lego , also i have been speaking to other players on chat some think the reward for meeting our goal was not worth all that trouble, and they think maybe a dino pet/mount as a reward would of been nicer, i myself liked the mini-event - could we get more of those displays the dino skeletons the t-rex.pterdactyl and raptor, but on Amicus merchants perhaps 3- Dinosaur pets for either gen or mini events like this one, here is some dinos which would make good pets..... 1- Dilophosaurus - when you click on it , it could open up its frill perhaps 2- Diptrotodon - prehistoric giant wombat from Australia 3- Kakuru 4-Corthyosaurus, would go great with the parasaurolophus pet already from Cera hub 5-wooly rhino - elasmotherium 6- Ichthyosaurs 7- Pleisosaur 8- Arthropleura - a prehistoric giant centipede/millipede, about 4-5 metres long so smallish hope this helps with idea's 4- Patriot Mini event idea - SIMPLE - make it a mini community event, where we have a choice find firework or Meat, and we have to meet a certain quota, and we get tokens everytime we hand in meat/fireworks 5- Fence idea's - Bamboo fences like you had for the dino mini event, barbed wire fence and you could have a crow sitting on it perhaps, similair to the snow fort fence thing but made from stone like in medieval times......FYI the maize hedge thing, make s a horrible fence too ok lol happy to hear folks thoughts 1) 2) Glad you liked the Dino Dig mini-event, Russel! As always, thanks for the feedback. As I mentioned on the Dino Dig thread, the Dig Satchels were giving out the wrong loot! Redeem this code for a free Dig Satchel as some compensation: DINO-DIGS-ATCH-ELSS The skeleton exhibit items would make great ranch items! I'll note this, and your other feedback, down for next time. 3) Great suggestions! I'll note 'em down for Georgia to look over. 4) That would be a simple structure for a Patriots mini event. I'll consider it! 5) Nifty fence ideas! I did see someone had stacked the stone blocks like a castle wall on their lake island. It looked very cool! |
