Nick, you asked if we had alternative suggestions for naming Tiers in the dungeon...

My suggestion is to make it consistent with the terms we are familiar with in other areas of the game.

We are accustomed to whacking in Bushwhackia "Fields" so why not refer to it as "Depths consisting of Fields?" I like the word "Depths" because it indicates delving deeper into the Dungeon.

For example:
Depth 1/ Field 1, Field 2, etc
Depth 2/ Field 1, Field 2, etc
Depth 3/ Field 1, Field 2, etc
Etc, etc, etc.

nick i really like the idea of flux dust seeds! They need to be attainable as a reward in the flungeon as a path choice popping up like keys occasionally they could be locked too.

However, they are too costly at ten keys to give you an idea i have about 18 keys and ten keys for one plant would wipe out almost everything i have to get me through the flungeon. See my quandry and why i haven't purchased at the store. When i do get keys i get one or two.

i grew some (5) they took up too much room in my garden for too long and they didnt yeild very much. i dont have a lot of friends stopping by but some people did stop by and Helped which i appreciated but i hated counting on it but it was fun trying something new.

i like the new flux mount companions and all but the prices are silly beyond all reason and i'll never get there like NEVER. We need to bring the costs down to reason.

we need to see more gems in the flungeon fields particularly jade and moonstones and...and emerald and diamond on rare occasions. whack-up-able not an impossibility.

maybe some of the long timers have the means to get the new mount or companions but to me they are light years out there

The new flungeon isnt boring its repetitive if i have to go back-- im at tier 4 now---and start over well then the weariness would probably set in as i rewhacked the same areas again.

Nick you and georgia have put in a lot of time and energy on this project and it shows some things like the gate keeper and the fishing area with its fishables are brilliant there just needs to be a lot of tweaking done to the flungeon and a lot of streamlining to this steam engine. i wouldn't call the flungeon boring but repetitive. Thanks for listening to my request to have flux 1-20 restored along with the flungeon they'll be great choices HKE

I'm not sure if anyone has ever brought this up, but I was wondering, is there anyway you would considering adding a 4th slot to our sword? Just something I was thinking this morning when I was slotting my sword. Thanks for letting me ask a question. Have a good day Nick.

1- I’m going start off on a serious note, now Nick and Georgia put a lot of effort/time into the flungeon, and so far from what I have been reading on the thread entitled NEW CONTENT:THE FLUNGEON, in the general discussion section, I have seen a few players that are just complaining for the sake of it, and I find it funny too that those players are top ranking too, and yet we have other top ranking players who have offered positive feedback with some suggestions/idea’s to improve the flungeon, FLYBABY,JPL and HKE , and I thank all for your helpful input to improve the flungeon too, I think that some players are not grateful for what you give us Nick, and need to pull their head in, I would like to see if they can develop/produce a game this good…I highly doubt they could though…….
On a similar note, we have a room so players can talk spoilers etc, yet since flungeon’s release I have seen in room 1, a few top ranking players have been spoiling whats in flungeon on certain tiers, so I reckon we need to define what is considered a spoiler…..i have a idea
- Anything that’s been released say 6 or more months ago should not be considered a spoiler and be allowed to be talked about in room 1, anything inside that time classed as a spoiler,
Happy to hear folks on this

2- I agree with mshellgirls idea about a 4th slot for sword would come handy I reckon

and lastly i applaud Nick and Georgia on the fanastic work they have done to make this a enjoyable game

Hi Nick,
It's nice that you added the option to sort the seeds in the splicer, but I would also like to be able to sort the seeds while planting, in order of growth time.

Glad you appreciate the new sorting options and toggle in the Plant Splicing table!
It's still on my todo list to show the splicing info for each crop when browsing the crop shop.

FYI: Flux Flax planted.harvested with 10 helps = 2 flux dust...I think not and for 72 hrs and all we get is 2..Come on Nick..plzz change it...:(

The Flux Flax isn't intended to be a primary source of Flux Dust. You'll still primarily get it from solving puzzles in the Flux or Flungeon. The Flux Flax crop is simply a bonus/supplementary source. Each Flux Flax is the equivalent of completing a 144 piece Flux puzzle.

Hi Nick,

1) Is it possible to replace the 8 times "received 1 topaz" with "received 8 topaz", as is the case with "received 4 rubies" (on vacation island)?
2) Would it be hard to make an "outfit randomizer" that randomizes an outfit either from a player's favorites or from the complete list of outfit pieces (except the sword)?

1) It's on my list to consider at least scaling the rewards on Amicus Isle with your level, to keep them relevant.

2) An 'randomize' option for outfitting yourself is a neat idea! It's often a feature in other games with avatar customization, so I don't see why BW2 shouldn't have it, particularly with it's huge amount of clothing options. Thanks for the suggestion!

Hi Nick, I have some Easter and 10th Anniversary Questions:

1) What are the start dates for both Events?

2) You previously said that you are downsizing the Easter Event to a mini event this year ... Will we still have the Easter Egg Hunt?

3) You also mentioned that the 10th Anniversary Event will be a full event ... Will there be a Costume Contest this year?

1) The Easter Mini Event will start this Friday, April 8th. The 10th Anniversary Event will start the following Friday, April 15th.

2) I'm going to see if I can include the World Wide Easter Egg Hunt in the mini event.

3) Yes! There will be the costume contest. I'm a big fan of it!

Flungeon related comments & questions:

I'd like to start by thanking you for all the work that you put into creating the Flungeon.

The Flungeon has the potential to be fun, but it needs more variety to keep me coming back. Doing the same series of puzzles over and over becomes redundant.

In addition to what other players before me have said, here are a few other suggestions:
1)Add puzzles with more interesting scenes & colors to make them easier and more fun.
2)Add some diversity in between doing jigsaw puzzles ... ie. alternate a puzzle in one area with something different to do in the next. (I have not yet seen a sliding block or sudoku puzzle like other players say they have). Push-blocks & diggeries would also be fun, as well as having the fishing hole accessible.
3)Give us a choice of paths according to the type of puzzle we prefer (vs type of reward).
4)Give us the option of backtracking to another path if we change our mind.

**I understand the concept of "rebooting" but I personally don't enjoy starting over and having to repeat tiers that I've already done.

***The Spawn Frequency Dial Trinket: I understand it's purpose, but I can't see any significant difference whether I have it equipped or not.

1) I was hoping to have a bigger selection of puzzle images to pull from, but we don't have that tech available. It's a stretch goal I'm considering to implement with the Flungeon improvements!

2) The sliding block puzzle isn't showing at the moment, so I'll be tracking that down along with the other improvements. I'd show them more regularly, but don't want to force players to do too many of them if they're not a fan. Your following suggestion is a fabulous remedy for that. Currently the alternative puzzles don't require spending energy/mana whacking in a field, so I would have to change that if they're going to show up more often (likely whacking up pieces for them, similar to the jigsaw).

3) I really like the idea of indicating the type of puzzle on the path indicators. This feature would be a great addition, and I'll see if I can make it work with the existing tech.

4) Backtracking would require a significant overhaul to the existing endless dungeon system, so I'm not sure this change is in the cards at the moment.

I agree that Depth makes a lot of sense in place of Tier.

"Field" on the other hand, while true most of the time, isn't always what's at that area of the dungeon. For that reason, I'd consider something less limiting, like "Room" or "Area".

The Flux Flax Seeds actually do rarely appear as an area/path reward! I will consider re-balancing the cost to buy Flux Flax Seeds. Do see my reply to BarbZack about Flux Flax being supplementary to the main way of getting Flux Dust. That being said, I'll consider re-balancing their grow-time/yield.

The Flungeon Franchise items are intended to take a while (months, maybe) to attain. They're priced based on the Tiers you need to reach, and the median number of Flux puzzles being completed among all players. They're a longer term goal, as they're to keep you busy while we work on the next content update.

I had considered having a rare chance for higher value Gems appear as chest rewards, but I need to edit some tech so that you wouldn't see a low value Gem reward along with a high value Gem reward in the same set of options. I'm also thinking about adding chances for Quest Hub tokens to appear as path reward options as well.

Thank you. Yes, I'd consider the Flungeon to be in Beta at the moment, as we gather feedback and improve it.
