Finally got to the captain of the untouched, game freezes

I am trying to complete a quest - collecting all the orders from the bandit camp. Had to do it 2 times and have only got 10 of the 12 sets so far, but as soon as I defeat the big group of raiders/soldiers at the end the game goes to what would be the conversation with the paladin but here is not there and then freezes. have to refresh then go back to town and restart to finish quest. Have used loads of shardium on theses side quests

In Mop Up The Goblins when I tried to look at the first crate I was attacked, but after the attack I could not open the crate and it did not count the crate as opened so I could not complete the examine the 4 crates quest for the captive gem merchant.

just tried to redo 'closing in on the nemesis' nothing is there, had 1 chest and 1 bandit until I refreshed now they are not there. Nothing to do but use the go back to town button - does this mean you cant redo the quests?

Perpetual loading when attempting to play the multiplayer dungeon. No options to cancel and refreshing the browser does nothing. :(

I also kept getting the perpetual "interacting" loading screen in the multiplayer dungeon. It finally timed out and told me I was disconnected. When I refreshed the dungeon finally loaded and still shows my current quest as a multiplayer one, but I am with my companions not my friends...

some reason I'm only showing as owning 5900 shardium but I haven't used any for anything yet

Not sure if this is known, but hitting the `~ by the 1 key (in chrome) brings up a coding dialog box showing the code lines happening. Not sure how else to explain it, I did take a screenshot if it is needed.

Getting so frustrated with the "Defeat the Untouched" mission I could cry. Seriously. This is not FUN, which games are supposed to be.

I'm a higher level then all of them already, so instead of using my shard yesterday to grind lower level missions (which I really hate; it's why I don't normally play RPG games), I spent it all crafting gems and enchanting. I now have Perfect gems on all of my items, and my companions & I are enchanted to the max.

I go through several battles to get up to 100 percent arcane power( very frustrating, since it freezes about every other battle, requiring me to refresh. THANK GOODNESS when I log in you guys port me right back into it, so I don't have to spend more stamina). I then use my Firestorm to get rid of the first wave. In the second wave, all the attacks tend to be directed directly at me, rarely to my companions. They don't have attacks good enough to defeat them. If I could get more than one shot at the Captain I could take him out with my Shock, but I only get one before I die. But even if I kill him, my companions don't seem to be able to take out the other two dudes. Their level is more than theirs as well.

I don't know if it's *supposed* to be this hard, but if I'm a higher level, I SHOULD be able to take them, at least after a few tries. I'm on the second day of trying. This sucks. This might just be where the game ends for me.
