Both the event sign post in the Commons and Teja on Amicus Isle have a yellow ? indicating a completed quest to be turned in .. unfortunately neither seems to actually recognize or accept my quest items. I've reloaded the game, cleared cache and all the usual canned fixes. I'm playing via BFG, if that makes any difference. Any other suggestions before submitting a ticket? edit to add: according to AI chat, others are having the same problem. edit again: I see that I'm supposed to talk to Teja on AI to distribute supplies to storm survivors. Teja is being rather silent about this task ;)

We're supposed to "tear off a quest tab" in order to start this quest .. however, this option isn't available until those darned food cans (or whatever supply you've collected) get turned in. And that's the problem .. we can't turn them in!!! Grrrrr ...

I was attending a special event last night, and barely had a chance to play. But, I'm quite sure, in lieu of this problem, the devs will extend the quest line end date.

372 Posts	Link to post - Posted September 29th 2018 at 10:39 AM phagras What seems to have happened is if you had an open "collect supplies" quest when the event switched to "distribute supplies" then you can't turn in your quest which means you're stuck. I wonder what will happen when the distribution target is met. If the event goes back to collection then you should be able to turn in again. Or Nick might get a message and fix it. The target to hit for buying all the tat is a bit amitious though so unless they extend the event some people will miss out.

It's been fixed, and you can now turn in your supplies quest at Teja or the sign in the Commons, so you can begin taking supplies to the survivors! You've been making great progress so far, so we'll hold off on compensation of this issue until later on. Sincerely, Nick
