When trying to log in to Bushwhacker 2 on Bigfish, several players, including myself, have reported getting an "error code 2" message, and the game won't load. I can log in to all the other Bigfish online games, but I can't open BW2 or Crusaders of the lost idols. (I have tried logging in with IE, Firefox, and Chrome). I'm also unable to submit a support ticket. |

Erika/AlynianaWe know. We are working with Big Fish to see what is causing that error.
I can get in eventually after umpteen refreshes, but we realize that isn't a good solution. |

CinhumHi,
I've just tried again this morning and the Big Fish entrance to the game is still down. Any estimate of when it will be repaired? Thanks. |

Blonde4eyesAs with 99% of casual gaming platforms am sure whatever we have is unable to be revived; unless of course, you sprung for that "sprinkler" item sold under bushbucks menu.

zebrafanIt's not just the Codename games having trouble on Big Fish. Is there any way to transfer our game status from Big Fish to another platform, or is this my cosmic assistance in going cold turkey on this game after spending all my Bush Bucks?

zebrafanI guess Big Fish answered my question: It may take some time, but hopefully should be out by the end of next week at the latest.

Raymondin crusaders of the lost idols you can transfer from any platform to any other platform that codename entertainment has that game on, BUT you can perhaps only do it when both platforms are functioning. but bw2 i think not. and in any case if you are i bigfish then you don't exist as long as big fish is malfunctioning

SqueeakersBigFish has updated and then locked 2 threads about the problem in their own forums. I think they're getting too much angry posting and posts about where else to play BW2. They have said they are aware of and are still working on the issue and will post in the forums when they have a solution.

Beverly J. MyersI'm still getting the error--Failed to log-in (Error code 2). I am trying to be patient, but I really wish that I could play it on another forum because Big Fish is apparently having BIG troubles!

SqueeakersHey all, another update from the BigFish forums:
Hi Everyone, The appropriate teams at Big Fish are continuing to work hard to resolve these issues in which players are experiencing. For clarification, please keep in mind that only the developers have the ability to access accounts and make any adjustments within the game. These tools aren't available to the Moderation Team or to Customer Support. We will continue to advocate for the players and pass along your feedback presented in this thread to those teams. We greatly appreciate everyone's patience and will update the Forums when additional information is known. bfgBellerophon |

jay rabbitI don't see what they have to be angry about. We are the customers to whom they should be providing a service. We pay money which keeps the business making a profit and paying salaries. They should post a daily update on the forum(s) to keep the paying customers informed; even if there is no progress to report. Perhaps they are worried that the customers will spend their money elsewhere. If this is the case, keeping customer loyalty by showing respect to the customer and issuing a daily post would keep people on their side.

SqueeakersHey all, another update from the BigFish forums:
G'day, I just wanted to pop in as I saw there were a few questions. wolffelis, yes. Our team works alongside the Customer Support team so as soon as we hear that this is resolved for players of all the impacted games we will be able to follow up with folks here in the forum. seenapurplecow, at this time we do not have forums for online-only games, like Crusaders of the Lost Idols. Dreamfields, BW2, and a few others are able to be downloaded as well as being played via the browser which is why there are forums for those. I do want to assure you that the teams are working to address the issue for all impacted games. We are confident that we'll be able to get all of these games up and running around the same time. We haven't had any updates on the resolution for this issue just yet as the team is still hard at work on this. As soon as we have news to share we will happily update you all. bfgMurrumbidgee |

SamtasticSomeone posted this above, but I wasn't sure if it has been answered: Is there a way to migrate our Bush Whacker 2 account from BigFish Games to another gaming platform? It is crazy long it is taking them.

Raymondwhat about their being down do you not understand? you can't migrate from them as long as they are down. nobody here has any of your info, it's all controlled by the platform that hosts the game.

NimshabaneI understand what your saying in that we cannot migrate our games at this time. Once BG is back online, I - for one - would like that option.
Forgive me for being blunt, but - as I am an IT Pro myself - let me explain this for the benefit of others. Whenever there is a need to do software/network updates, the first step should always be to make backups to current settings & code. That way, if something should go wrong, doing a rollback will get everything working again. As a rollback is not evident, this makes me wonder why. Did BG fail to make backups? Were the backups corrupted? All in all, it is quite worrisome. BG's reliability & customer service has suffered in my books. |

FlybabyBe nice Raymond. You'd be frustrated too, if you couldn't play your favorite games. They are only trying to find an alternate way to play.
