Leona Virgono I didn't because the lady before always posted the day of as soon as she could. I know they are busy with the extra life stuff though and guess under staffed to run eba, bw2, and the new crusaders game that everyone else is loving so I won't be raging about it, I just wanting them to know if they don't post some people don't play.

Dave Isemingeranyone know if there is a way to increase odds, or even what the requirements are, for pristine dishes? Or is it just pure luck or "every x times you make dishes"?

Tamara SharpLast Edited November 26th 2015 at 5:39 PM I have Brock in my town but I haven't received the Masonry Shop quests yet so when I talk to him all he talks about is some day having a Masonry Shop.
Does this mean i won't be able to finish the Thanksgiving Event? |

Russel DentonThere's a problem with the historical quest/s where you find hats and such, they were meant to be once a day, but me and a few other players were fortunate enough to have it all come out at once, while this is not a bad thing, i believe this bug should be fixed its been around for 2yrs, 3 yrs now including this year.

DestKittehYeah, I was one of the ones who got them all.
They keep implementing a fix halfway through the event, but it's annoying. It would be nice for that to be fixed for once and for all. |

Erika/AlynianaLast Edited November 30th 2015 at 2:35 PM @ Russel: Thanks for the report. However, since this is the 3rd year Bob's quests for Pilgrim's items have been run, they unlock all at once. Not a bug, it's intentional. Same thing happens in other events with some of the other multi-part quests that are repeats, in the interest of timing with the new quests that get added.
--- @ Destiny: The only thing we had to fix this year was the Parade quests, which were accidentally set to the wrong days. It's not much of a Thanksgiving day parade if it happens before Thanksgiving. |

Marci WilsonJoe, Thanks for mentioning Nedgry's quest. I have not been able to play much during this event, and now, with just 6 hours left, I'm trying to get through the rest of the missions. Luckily, I have a ton of energy in reserve...

Cyndi Buis JacobsI'm so sad. I have just one more pristine dish to make to reach the achievement and it looks like I will not get it. Out of energy and options. Completed 3711 dinner servings but still came up short.

Francesco Sannino@Cyndi: same here, 3640 servings (with 121% event completion) and only 10/12 pristine dishes. This is my second year in the Thanksgiving Event, and both times I failed to get that achievement even after using all my energy packs, DJArt reward points, casino tokens, amicus tokens, energies bought via gems etc. I think the last year I even spent some bush bucks in vain.
I fail to understand why this achievement has been set this hard (or at least insanely luck based) to get, especially if compared to the dozens achievements from every other events (which I always easily got well before or right while hitting 100% completion). It's like that one achievement is telling us "either add 50 active friends - because I have less than 10 and that sure is not enough - or spend many bush bucks if you want to earn me". I would gladly add many random friends on FB if only the friendlist system wasn't unmanageable... instead we cannot delete inactive friends (unless we have over 100!) and if we happen to unfriend someone on FB and that person was among our BW2 friends it will still be in the list, and if we try to send a request to that person we'll get an annoying popup window every single time (something that's not very nice on my slow computer). We can't even sort the friendlist by last time active or anything, so all in all that's why I don't bother adding more people than the few I personally know. Will that prevent me from getting that achievement forever? So be it. |
