70 Posts	Link to post - Posted November 16th 2011 at 5:54 AM mythago This appears to be a Facebook issue but based on my testing I have found the problem appears to be worse in webkit-based browsers (Chrome and Safari) and the window is not properly resizing in Firefox or Opera (but the users are loading). The only browser that appears to be working correctly is Internet Explorer 9 I would try emptying your cache on your browser of choice. Apparently the newest "tweaks" to Facebook may have put in some IE specific code.

55 Posts	Link to post - Posted November 16th 2011 at 6:37 AM Hege Haraldsen I'm on FF and emptied my caches last night but that window doesn't load for me either. It says that the page can not be found (or something like that) I have it on all the games I play on FB...
83 Posts	Link to post - Posted November 16th 2011 at 8:07 AM Lisa Edwards I tried an experiment. It will not let me share prizes when I use the desktop which is running FF, I cleared the cache. I am able to share prizes when I use the laptop which is using IE, I also cleared the cache there!

253 Posts	Link to post - Posted November 16th 2011 at 8:52 AM Marc Kriguer I'm running into the same issue on my Mac -- except that there's no "IE fix" for it, of course. Chrome, Safari, and Firefox are equally broken. :(

Please fix.

Please clear your cache and refresh to see if the problem is fixed for you. Cheers, Peter

However half way through my game when i received 2 more gifts to give (in google chrome) both times the pop up window froze. Which also froze my browser causing me to do a control/alt/delete. I thought at first it was my computer causing this issue. But later on tonight my sister told me it happened to her. So cant be just my end if its happening to someone else on a different computer in a different city.
