Raymondthe quest icon top right says what each quest is for, click the ? if there are more then 4 active quests there

"combine runes to make a small rune of any effect with odds 9% or higher." Is that 9% of creating a successful rune or a 9% rune effect when done? Because my creating a successful rune % is way higher than 9% in any small rune combination but the quest isn't ticking over as done. Edit: Worked it out, it's a 9% effect when done. I just combined a small and pristine and quest cleared. Though I might suggest the wording be made a little clearer for future reference. |

VisionAriI made a rune of the void with -6% odds and the when that wasn't acknowledged, I combined one with -9% odds. That wasn't acknowledged, either. What did I do wrong?

the rune you put in the left slot is the originator of the name |
