3620 Posts	Link to post - Posted February 9th 2018 at 3:30 PM Erika/Alyniana @ Kathy: You buy the Card from the event vendor, and use Sasha to send it to the friend you like the most. Depending on the state of your Commons, Sasha is either by the Town Hall, or by her house.

I looked through the wiki and it doesn't show up in previous years items. Did see this question asked about this in previous events and someone (Raymond I think) said it's decorative. Bummer, expensive $100 BB decoration.
