Still messes me up that in BBT, when they're climbing the stairs, it's the same set, they just slightly change the floor set in between takes.

The tower sprite is starting to cover up the inn sprite - it would be VERY hilarious if the fifth floor quest line, whenever that happens, would contain Bran the inn owner complaining about the shadow the skyscraper casts which is solved by the Bush Whacker somehow during that quest line :P
