Linda Kinghow do i send ticket for missing prizes and candies? it's lost in some reset of the game....

Ken Layden@Linda - In the top left part of the game screen is a red help button. Clicking on that button will bring you to a help topic screen and in the bottom right of that screen is a green "Open ticket" button. After clicking that button you will be given instructions on how to complete the ticket and inform us of the issue you have experienced.
