i havent hit a single multiplier.. it's so frustrating. i think i managed to get like 100 tokens yesterday.

I just used a 300 multiplier on a platinum egg and actually won 100 tokens so maybe so long as your multiplier is less than 100 for the prize you can win them on the special eggs - eg on the bronze you would have to have a multiplier under 200 (100 per possible prize)

Use a 98x on a gold egg and got Thanksgiving tokens. It's my first multiple for the Thanksgiving event.

like Edward I have been using multipliers on bronze eggs, I only get successful 2 or 3 times a day but it's enough - I will finish tomorrow my 300 people after growing more corn today.
What I want to know is if the field we are open will be kept open for next year or is it going to complete reset? Just wondered what I use the surplus on tokens on that I will collect from tomorrow onwards. But then maybe the Dev's haven't thought of that one yet :) If you have than plz Dev's enlighten us.

There doesn't seem to be any type of award for getting different kinds of foods. The goal seems to just be to feed 300. They don't need diversity in their diet. I mostly ended up going with the sweet potato/yam because it fed 5 and I could feasibly log on twice a day to switch over the crop.
I'm counting my lucky stars I've had good luck with getting the tokens with multipliers. The first day I got around 1000 and that unlocked 3 beds and planted what I needed. I finished the event 2 nights ago. Now I'm just planting stars and unlocking the other beds. I only have the 1000 token bed to unlock.
Hopefully my luck will rub off on all of you who are having difficulty.
