I am/was working on the multiply 15x with a multiplier of 10 or greater on gold eggs. The count didn't reduce if with a multiplier greater than 10 if I won a multiplier with the gold egg that I cracked. This scenario happened twice.

Why is it when a challenge comes up that says to multiply xx-number of gold eggs you don't get credit for that multiplied gold egg when the gold egg contained a multiplier? That multiplier still multiplies, and the challenge just says to multiply the gold egg. I've been unable to complete at least 2 challenges like this because my gold eggs contained multipliers so they didn't count!

I submitted a ticket for the 6-crate challenge, which Peter resolved. I started the quest for 15 buffs in 12 hrs., had 9/15 buffs when I changed levels to use the rest of my hammers. Now I have the 6-crate challenge that says 1/6 crates Time Up! No matter what I have done - change monkeys, levels. clear cache, re-boot - the crate challenge is still there. I submitted another ticket.
