554 Posts	Link to post - Posted December 13th 2011 at 3:47 AM Jean Davis I sent 3 stockings @tokens x30. I had 205 tokens, and now have 25. The meter below says 0/1000 (0 presents sent). I have not received anything from Mr. Monkey, even though my link now says Christmas Event. It says I have 3 gifts, but when I click on it, it says there are none waiting. A similar, but reverse, thing happened when I initially played tonight. It said there were no gifts waiting, and I opened 3.
5 Posts	Link to post - Posted December 13th 2011 at 4:13 AM Percy Pointer i was on chrome but switched to ie now i can get the event but i had 158ish tokens on chrome, after switching i opened the stockings i had been given and sent 3 stockings now i have -24 . Im sure it will be sorted real soon as these are the best devs on any game i have played

6 Posts	Link to post - Posted December 13th 2011 at 5:32 AM Shirelle Pa i just logged on using firefox and it was showing the xmas event so refreshed chrome and it is now showing the xmas event but i am also having the same problem it is taking 60 tokens not 30 to send 1 gift

886 Posts	Link to post - Posted December 13th 2011 at 8:52 AM David Whittaker (CNE Dev) Hi Guys, Looks like there was a bug in the christmas code that was causing stocking purchases to get charged twice. I have corrected the issue and Peter will look into lost tokens when he gets into the office. Anyone who was seeing the "Thanksgiving Harvest" instead of "Christmas" you had an old cached version of the game. I have triggered a force redownload, but clearing your browser cache would have worked as well :) -David

14 Posts	Link to post - Posted December 13th 2011 at 1:40 PM Suzanne Choy Why do I keep losing Xmas tokens after I sent my 3 stockings I still had 11 tokens then when I started playing my token tally kept going down at 1 stage I had x-2 this has happened a few times once I lost nearly 40 tokens.

Upgrade to send 4 stockings? Costs how much? (shows 3 right now - 3 what?) "I can has stocking" is really a strange sentence. How do we use those 'greetings'? Costs how much?

Later in the day I opened 4 stockings: Small: 2 cheer, 12 hammers, 3 full stars, x4 multiplier Small: 2 cheer, 11 hammers, 2.4 full stars, 2 star pieces, x4 multiplier Small: 2 cheer, 13 hammers, 2.8 full stars, 4 star pieces, x4 multiplier Tiny: 2 cheer, 9 hammers, 0.4 full stars, 2 star pieces. x2 multiplier My score showed 18/1000 and 1%...with 25 tokens. This evening I finally received the stocking from Mr. Monkey, but have yet to open it. I don't really question the hammers, multipliers & most of the stars, but I really don't understand how 8 Cheer equals 18/1000 OR your math for 0.4 full stars & 2 star pieces. If I don't open anymore stockings, including Mr. Monkey, will I get another stocking from Mr. Monkey at reset?

I also don't seem to have received the stars from the stocking from Mr Monkey this morning. Please please fix it!!!

All those who lost tokens from being double billed you should also be fixed. Sorry for all the bugs. They should all be out now. Cheers, Peter
