I played around with Draco formations a bit more. With my gearing, he retains his advantage in most formations with at least 8 slots such as free plays. At 7 slots, other Crusaders are guaranteed to surpass him with my gear, though the gap is small. At 6 and below, the gap gets pretty wide though. I may have missed some since I scrolled through quickly, but I see at least 8 Tier 1 objectives that he isn't very good at due to number of slots alone not counting other objectives that he's bad at due to other limitations such as lack of access to King. Tier 2 and Tier 3 versions of many objectives have even fewer slots and more restrictions that hit him pretty hard. I just can't see him as overpowered when he's bad at so many objectives even if he's the best for Free Plays if you have him and several key Crusaders very well geared. With the new solution to the level cap, my opinion on his old dps limit hasn't really changed due to the talent's massive price. It costs tens of thousands of idols to bring him to to Nate's old cap that could be spent on other buffs.
