TsukasaWMSo out of curiosity, those that are bored, how many of you tend to play idle games in general? I mean, the entire genre is pretty much based around the idea of grinding and repetition so I'm not sure why people were expecting something different from this one.

Aitch3I Haven't quit yet, but I'm at the point where I won't pay any more money.
I play many idle games. The main thing this one is lacking, as an idle game, is the prestige options. Once the Idol shop comes out, it should help greatly. My other main complaint is that you can save up for or buy jeweled chest to try and get the good gear, so in a way it has an element like Magic or Hearthstone, but the downside is, unless you are lucky, there is no way to get what you want. Whereas in Magic, you can trade for or buy the cards you want, and in Hearthstone you can disenchant cards and save up dust to get the cards you want. |

The problem there is the amount of content. Pretty much everyone is going to want to buy epics if that's the case. 20 characters x 3 epics is only 60 total. 72 if you add on the ones from the events which I'd argue you wouldn't since that's part of the point of event chests. So lets say can buy epics, and still earn them from chests. Even if you earn, idk 3 a week, that's means 20 weeks, or 5 months later you've got all of them. So what's the point of having chests anymore then? None. I can agree that the randomness now is an issue, but making things to quick or easy kills the games longevity as well. |

Aitch3I wouldn't want the purchasing of epics to be quick or easy. But I would like a built in way to get what you want, something to work toward. If you have a goal to get somewhere to get what you want, that would be a driving force to keep playing, I would think.
And they could even restrict the number of times you could upgrade to an epic. Maybe it's a reward for a specific challenge. Or it costs a great deal of idols. Or both. |

meepomanI think the biggest problem with this game is the lack of choices available, after a certain point all you do is reset for idols, rinse and repeat. They keep adding new sky-high objectives to give people something to do, but there's not much decision making in that.
