Post Bug Reports for Shards of Titan here. General comments should go in the General Comments Thread.


Here's an in-exhaustive list of known issues in the Alpha at this time. Order of appearance in the list is random and is not an indication of priority level for us.
If there is a known work around, it will follow the issue in italics:



Having trouble unlocking "BURN THE CAMP!"?
Make sure:
- Teddy has reached "Friendly" status (you can check this in the tavern!)
- Teddy is in your party.


Having Trouble unlocking Toshe's Demise?
Try Replaying "Closing In on the Nemises" and/or "Search the Thief Camp"
- Both these missions may have seperately or jointly become bugged. Replaying them should allow you to progress to Toshe's Demise.

General:
- Achievements: "Best Friends Forever" not tracking correctly
- Achievements: "Perfect 2" not tracking correctly
- Achievements: "Once More with Feeling" not tracking correctly
- Achievements: "Boost it 1" not tracking correctly
- Achievements: “Damage 2” no longer unlocks.
- Some dialog pop-ups interfere with tutorials.
- Dragged items can sometimes get stuck on screen
- Quest notifications pop up late, and all at once
- Intro text - "Your next attack will be replaced by a violent forward thrust!" needs to be wizard specific
- "Return to Character Screen" does not work [If you want to swap characters, please refresh your game]
- Chat button to auto scroll to the most recent messages does not work
- Graphics missing for Necklaces and Rings
- Handful of loading issues (these will resolve with time, but are going to be difficult to reproduce)
- Handful of freezing issues (these will resolve with time, but are going to be difficult to reproduce)

Skills:
- Graphic missing in Purchase Respec Skills dialogue
- Skill: Retaliate (warrior) does not have a sound effect
- Skill: "Firestorm" (wizard) does not have a sound effect


Missions:
- Last battles in missions sometimes drop loot (they shouldn't because you can't pick it up)
- Mission "Defeat the Untouched Forces": If final battle is lost, battle cannot be restarted and causes crash
- Companion Teddy does not always show up in Tavern [Select his mission from the Shard Gate manually. This has been fixed for new players, but will not be fixed retroactively.]
- Player sometimes disappears after a lost battle (too inconsistent to reproduce)
- Companions sometimes disappear after a battle (too inconsistent to reproduce)
- Mission "Mop up Goblins": SubQuest to find Slave's gems - if player is attacked, crates inconsistently cannot be searched for item
- Mission: "Survive the Raider Ambush": Secondary Quest item (Raider Packs) not removing from inventory on quest completion [This has been fixed for new players, but will not be fixed retroactively.]
- Mission: "Closing in on the Nemesis": game map has a 'hole' (http://gyazo.com/232c6d0f35c9a0145d2cdf5f47aa187f)
- Mission "Search the Thief Camp": Secondary Quest item (Astralon Orders) not removing from inventory on quest completion [This has been fixed for new players, but will not be fixed retroactively.]
- Desert Map reports 98% completion, with all quests completed
- Players attacking much slower (fixed Speed so it's now effective, but it's put a spotlight on the imbalance of how stats are awarded to the Player vs the companions, etc)




Multiplayer:
- When joining a Multiplayer dungeon, error "You have played your 5/5 MP Dungeons" when 5 dungeons have not been completed. [Just click the X to close the dialogue, it will let you join properly]
- Various loading issues (these will resolve with time, but are going to be difficult to reproduce)


Inventory/Equipment:
- Issue double clicking to equip new equipment
- When attempting to sell an item, an error message of "Cannot sell 'insert item name here'" occurs [Try clicking Sort, then Sell again. If this does not work, a game refresh should allow the item to be sellable]
- Hide Clothing does not select
- Selling items while at maxed gold will cause the gold to be lost


Town:
- Town Buildings become unselectable [Refresh your game]
- Blacksmith: Numerous issues (ie: can access some Blacksmith upgrade interfaces before you've built the Blacksmith)
- Blacksmith: recipes purchased in Shop not available in Crafting menu [Will appear in Blacksmith's list after refresh or reloading the Town]
- Blacksmith: if gems are combined while the inventory is full, the new gem is eaten
- Apothecary and Black Market unavailable during alpha
- Shard Quarry: Dragging shard over "Sell" prompts dialogue "sell for 0 gold" but gold will still be credited.
- Shard Quarry: At level 30, the 2nd shard slot does not immediately unlock [A refresh will fix this]
- Daily Quests inconstantly do not move out of "todo" upon completion
- Upon login, correct amount of Resources inconsistently appear as unearned


Arena:
- Daily - Win in the Arena: Successful wins are not always immediately recorded [Completing a mission or refreshing the game should update the count]
- Arena Rewards Cooldown: paying to remove cooldown does not work


Fishing:
- Game sometimes freezes while interacting in Fishing Hole (these will resolve with time, but are going to be difficult to reproduce)
- If a menu opened, with it’s edges over water, the mouse icon becomes a fishing rod, and makes it difficult to close the menu


Known Typos:
- Mission: "Escort the trader to town" mission, 'greivously' should be 'grievously' http://tinypic.com/m/ifvsbq/2
- Tavern: “...as you get neon ...” to "...and you get..."
- Typo: Mission: “Burn the Camp!” "woodey" to "woody"
- Typo: Mission: “Search the Thief Camp” in the introduction: “...theif” to “thief”
- Typo: Mission: "Lilinth's Desert Ruins": "families" to "family's"

Tuesday October 21, 2014 - Afternoon Update
- Players who were experiencing issues mixed up missions in the desert after failing to defeat EPD in "Search the Thief Camp" should no longer have any issues.

- MULTIPLAYER UPDATE: IMPROVEMENTS!
-- Players who were having multiple issues with disconnecting and "Interacting" should now have significantly less trouble completing a dungeon. We haven't fixed all the issues, but...cautious muppet dance?
[Known issues still remain, including if you load into the dungeon and you get a grey screen, refresh and you will be able to continue as normal]

Alpha Week 3 Fixes
Thursday October 16, 2014 - Afternoon Update
- Multiple improvements to Multiplayer!
-- Primarily, Multiplayer should now work (mostly!) [If you go through and a battle appears to "freeze", give it a few minutes, it should kick back in and finish correctly.]
If you experience issues after this update, please let us know!
- Shard Quarry now has a dig cost displayed
- Guild Building cooldowns now expire correctly
Wednesday October 15, 2014 - Morning Update
- We've identified (and fixed!) the issue which was causing some players to disconnect when attempting to play the arena.
-- Subsequently, we've also resolved the issue of some arena battles where the opposing player did not have 2 companions with them. Arena battles should now have 3 opponents on each side. If you notice this is still not the case, please let us know!
Tuesday October 14, 2014 - Afternoon Update
- Introducing Guilds! Create one! Join one! Upgrade! Spin wheel! DO STUFF!
- Luck stones now have correct material crafting costs
- Speed has been balanced for *new* characters. [This is not retroactively applied to existing characters, sorry!]
- Missions in "The Close Farms" and "The Lonely Mountains" areas have had balance passes made on them for difficulty balance.
- Within the "Upgrades!" menu, "Find Better Equipment" now correctly detects item levels to correctly recommend new gear ONLY if the Player needs it.
- Black Market has been removed while we do some additional work on it. (If you didn't build it, the quest will stay in your Quest Tracker. New players will not see it.)


Alpha Week 2 Fixes
Thursday October 9, 2014 - Afternoon Update
- Fixed Progression bug in Mission "Search the Thief Camp" where players could get stuck in an endless loop if last fight was failed. This will no longer happen.
- Added Luck Runes as possible Loot Rewards
-- Luck Runes are used in the 2nd slot while Enchanting, and increases odds for successful enchanting
Wednesday October 8, 2014 - Afternoon Update
- "Healthy" is now half as OP
- Removed a Gem duping exploit which allowed multiple gems to be created
- Speed is now working (If you are suddenly experiencing major weirdness in battles, please bug it!)
- Added cooldown notification directly to individual building dialogs, and ability to pay to remove the cooldown (Click the >> to remove)
- Arrows on equipment comparisons now compare to overall character stats:
-- A "-" means the gear is less than 1% different (+ or -)
-- 1 Arrow means the difference is between 1 - 10% (up is better, down is worse)
-- 2 Arrows means the difference is between 10 - 20% (up is better, down is worse)
-- 3 Arrows means the difference is above 20% (up is better, down is worse)
- "Blue" bar now resets between Arena battles (Rage/AP/Focus)
- Arena Rankings now show correct stats under "My Rank"
Tuesday October 7, 2014 - Afternoon Update
- Removed a Shards exploit which allowed equipped Shards to be leveled indefinitely, instead of removing the combined shard.
- Removed an Experience exploit which permitted power leveling if a player lost a battle repeatedly
- Multiplayer no longer requires Stamina to complete
- Added option to "Replay Mission" at end of mission


Alpha Week 1 Fixes
Monday October 6 - Morning Update
- Fixed Missions which broke over the weekend. Oops >.<;;
Friday October 3 - Afternoon Update
- Health Shard now adds to player stats
- Major Skill bonus (available on the +5, +10 and +15) now work
- Mission Names have been clarified
- Known issues with Secondary Items not removing after mission completion have been fixed going forward. Players who have already completed this mission will continue to see the items in their inventory (Eg, Raider Packs, Astralon Orders)
Friday October 3 - Morning Update
- We unbroke missions and shard combining! (Ooops but yay!)
- Several Town related quests are now properly tracked in the Quest tracker
-- Research something to Lvl 10 in University now works (does not track retroactively)
-- Level up a rare shard in the Shard now works
- Arena resource reward amounts adjusted
- Multiple Mission fixes (unrelated to the fix as listed above, please check the known list to see if one has been pulled off!)
ADDITIONALLY
Released update to Skill Levels and their effectiveness:
- "Healthy" skill levels are now 10x more effective
- "Armorer" skill levels are now 10x more effective
- "Resistant" skill levels are now 10x more effective
- "Lucky" skill levels are now 10x more effective
- "Strong" skill levels are now 2.5x more effective
- "Dexterous" skill levels are now 2.5x more effective
- "Intelligent" skill levels are now 2.5x more effective
- "Friendly" skill has been replaced by "Leadership", which increases companion effectiveness.
Thursday, October 2 - Afternoon Update
- Fixed all known and reported typos (including a bunch no one noticed. Phew!)
- Inventory Screen revamp! (we've added new tabs for new things to be added in the future. Inv page navigation have been moved to the side.
- Images for Rings and Necklaces have been added!
- Additional graphics for gear, so it doesn't all look the same in your inventory bag
- Your companions have skillz! (Hover over their attacks, they now have details!)
- Mission "Caravan Drivers/Survivors/WHATEVER" - if this was bugged for you, it should now be fixed.
- Fixed the Arena after we broke it. Oops!
- Added a "Continue" button to the Formation dialogue at the start of a Companion Mission
- Added an Alpha Player Survey-> Answer it for some extra Shardium!
- Skill: casting Phase Shift in battle no longer causes disconnect
- Daily Quests have been updated and added to. (Additional Fixes not included)
- Chests in Missions "Road to The Road To Quevira" and "Caravan Ambush" are now filled with loots
- All Forest travel zones now contain destructible items
- Companion missions should now complete without issue after gear is recieved
- Typing a % in the game chat no longer causes the chat to eat the message
- Critical Hits (and the Luck skill) are now functional
- Fishing should now properly reset, amount to be gained raised to 60 Stamina
- Left Reward card can now be selected
- Clicking "fullscreen" while in fullscreen now exists fullscreen
- Gem sockets removed from Companion equipment
- Gems can now be dragged out of a socket slot to unsocket it
- Equipment attributes now clearly defined as Primary or Secondary stats
- Bandits which sometimes appeared to have wings or missing heads (when in profile view) have been de-winged and now have heads again
- Changing fighter formation should no longer cause issues
- Puzzle lever in Treasure Hunters is fixed
- Additional loots now found in traveling zones!
- Secondary Quest should now properly start from Quest Tracker
- Typo: Mission: Across the River: "...her our before..." to "...her out before..."
- Typo: Mission: The Troll Under the Bridge: "Sheildy! You can back to me!" to "Shieldy! You came back to me!"
- Typo: Town Tutorial- Tavern: "You companions" to "Your companions"
- Chests contain items again!
- Mission 2: "Across the River" should no longer be freezing after completion
- If a Disconnect occurs, an error # should be shown to players. Please include this in your Bug Report, as it will help us connect the issue with you, and we can contact you for additional information if necessary.
- Blacksmith - Enchanting: Items now have an "E" on them, if they are currently equipped
- Blacksmith - Gems socketing: Gems can no longer be placed in the center slot.
- Item Rarity should now appear correctly for all items
- World chat seems to work only randomly.
- Sticking an item in the second enchantment slot and then clicking enchant will delete the item.
- Clicking Green + besides Shardium no longer results in a message which locked game
- Top players of each Class now shown in Arena

I managed to make it to the third chest in Sneak into the Thief Camp, opened the chest and got the attention of a single thief walking around who said got halfway through his sentence before everyone started fighting, he died, the screen froze. I refreshed, and when it dumped me back into that mission, the three individuals you usually see when you don't get to the third chest were staring off into space at nothing and did not respond, while I and my companions engaged the next group and moved on to the final group. The mission completed just fine, and I actually got 2 loot score.

In the battle report in the arena, it does not show the battles in the order you did them (I would expect the last battle to be on the top, next to last battle second in list, etc.). Instead it is some kind of random order that I haven't figured out yet. It is not by rank of opponent, nor is it by battle rating, which are the other two options for ordering that I would have expected. I don't know if this is a bug, or just an irritation.

mop up remaining goblin crates is stuck 3/4 when i done them all and just wondering over and over. i am about to go back to camp to reset it, hope that fixes it

During the ending cutscene for the "Defeat the Untouched" mission in the Back Country, the Shard Gate never actually opens. Kunate and Syther simply walk through the empty ring and disappear. Being a long time fan of Stargate, I know that's not how that works.

While on missions, when I go to destroy destructible objects (shrubs, rock piles, etc), if my Wizard approaches them from below, my equipped glove will disappear from his staff hand for the duration, then reappears again after the animation is complete. The left hand glove is not affected. Unsure if this affects other classes.

That "Upgrades!" button on the right side of the screen keeps trying to tell me that I have research available in the University when I do not have sufficient Research Points to perform research (ex less than 1000 Research Points). However, despite the University button appearing on the "Upgrades!" screen, the quantity popup on it displays a zero. So the system thinks that research is both available, and unavailable, at the same time.

While in town clicked on back to character select, since I only have one character I tired to log back in but it doesn't allow it. Had to reload the entire game to login.

Desert camp mission, again can't get the loot bag after the final scorpions are killed since my party move in to the entrance and the battle against the returning bandits starts.

Hope that conversations get fixed (let us click anywhere to continue)

Anyway, seems I broke the game.
Last mission in desert (before toshe) at the last fight. Enemy and me alike disappeared. After several reloads what happens is the conversation prior to the fight stars over, only Christof is not there so the convo can not finish. I have now reloaded 3 times and get stuck here each time right away, so I can't abort or go to town or anything.

Battle Arena, the bug with no companions is only if you have companions in your party that your opponent does not have in their party.

To work this glitch to your advantage, just change your companions to what your opponent does not have enabled and you will have a 3 to 1 advantage.

Glenna, What mission were you experiencing that with?

Kaz, we've gotten your account sorted out now, you should be able to log in again.

Anita in Goblin Mop Up, there are 4 camps of goblins - and one additional fight with a goblin for a chest, which *does not* count towards the Mission Goal. I'd make sure you've wandered throughout the entire level again if you aren't finding them.

Morai, we don't have a mission called "interrogate soldiers" - can you please give me the exact mission name? Thanks!

Battle Arena has changed, can you post the updates for that please, ty.

So far changes I've noted is that we no longer keep or carry over earned Arcane Power from previous fights. Also there appears to be 'more' pvp loot, however out of my 20 battles I get the worst/lowest reward everytime.

Arena Bug: Players on the defensive have Arcane Power stored in reserved. So far I've battled Rangers who have the ability to fire off Magic Arrows 3x in a row starting from their first turn or wizards who can use magic right away.
