6 Posts	Link to post - Posted April 30th 2021 at 2:38 AM feoa I did search but can't seem to find exactly my issue. I've been using the desktop launcher for months without any serious problems, but today it won't load. Gets stuck with the bar about halfway "loading graphics". The whole folder is is on my antivirus exceptions list and I've not updated or changed anything on my windows 10 laptop. I tried reinstalling but that's made no difference.

6 Posts	Link to post - Posted May 1st 2021 at 6:14 AM feoa Still no joy for me. I've sent an email explaining my problem and asking if there's a server issue. I'd start a support ticket but I can't do that if the game won't load :p . As it's the weekend I'm not expecting a reply soon.

8 Posts	Link to post - Posted May 2nd 2021 at 7:37 AM Lucyfur I see on facebook that they cancelled crusaders weekly on friday evening gmt. Remind that today's Crusaders Weekly is cancelled! Erika & Kat will be returning next week! I tried their other games and can't get in to them either.

6 Posts	Link to post - Posted May 3rd 2021 at 7:13 AM feoa It's still not working for me, nor any response to my email. I'm guessing with the time difference they'll notice/start to work on the problem once their monday working day starts. Maybe we'll have some news sometime tuesday GMT.
