Just now I refreshed before entering the multiplayer lobby. We got underway and at the first fight another player got stuck and had to refresh. At the second fight myself and a third player got stuck too. That's three people out of four that had to refresh to finish the dungeon.

What, if anything, can I do to avoid getting stuck?
