I had 11 fireworks (including a couple of blue ones) and when I went in to turn them in, both blue ones got used. Just curious if I should have used those blue ones in some other way, or - once you turn in food or fireworks, they all count / are used together, regardless of rarity at the time of acquisition.

Partifularly for the "Iron Chef" and "Many Booms" achievements? Also the "A patriotic pad" achievement requires 7 house items and the shop offers only 6. Is this a glitch or am I to look for the last one elsewhere? :) Thanks!

I don't mind offsetting my progress through the maps in order to do the event.

Boris - You can check how far you are in those specific achievements just by going to your Achievements page, scrolling down to the appropriate one and checking. They've updated the page so that it now tells you how far you are.
