Can you refresh and see if it shows properly? If not open a support ticket and someone can look through your purchase records and confirm. -David

2 Posts	Link to post - Posted May 17th 2012 at 1:16 PM Tami Wheatley I have just logged on to find planters missing, tried reloading a few times but its still not there, even tried bouncing my character over the game map to see if reloading that way would do it but nope, checked my inventory and they haven't been put in there :/ Whats this support ticket thing and how do i submit one?

I will make sure this is a priority item first thing on Tuesday. We will definitely make sure any missing items are replaced, opening a ticket is the thing to do, but tickets of this issue can't be fixed until then. Thanks for bearing with us! -David
