I have sent more requests to the same people to help me at the gate and they have accepted. The problem is they don't appear in the gate spots. Is there something the friends need to do other than accept the friend request. thanks for the help.

Or on their Facebook requests page? Requests need to be accepted in the in game dialogue to have any effect. The Facebook requests page should just load the game. If they accepted from the Facebook page they Should still have the requests. Cheers, Peter
