here is the 2400+ day known truth about friend whacks.
use one, it is person A. person A will be available again 5 days after you use him.
use another one, it is person B. person B will be available again 5 days after you use him. and so on for all your up to 250 people. each and every one of them has their own timer. you can see that for yourself simply by using ALL and then trying to use another and look at the different times displayed for each and every one of your friends.
the only thing you can not control is whether or not they actually play sometime in the period after you used them, if they have not played long enough they become inactive and the number of available friend whacks can visibly decrease even if you do not use a single whack in those 5 days. this is also something you can prove for yourself.
