occasionally when i start out an objective and i do not have my 4 taskmasters leveling anyone or doing anything else, i put all 4 as clickers. but strangely, and inexplicably not reproducable, i sometimes am not allowed to place the 4'th, he disappears, ends up back in his storage spot but hidden. i have to click his empty spot to see him again and try to move him again. but then sometimes i can have all 4 as clicker.
why is it so inconsistent?
