Westy86I tried loading the game today and it came up with the error message of
Input string was in the incorrect format I’ve sent a ticket but haven’t had any response in about 12 hours now |

Erika/AlynianaWe only respond to support tickets between 9am and 5pm Pacific time, Monday to Friday, when we're in the office.
We're working on the issue that is preventing players from loading on their devices and will respond to all tickets once the fix is out. |
