Rebecca Beattiethe news article is dated May 4th and says the dove questing ends by Monday April 30th... I all for time bending but i think its a typo

Rebecca BeattieOK... I've figured out that "When Doves Cry" is a Prince Song from Purple Rain. I started wondering what we are honoring with the doves after realizing it is the anniversary of Kent State... But still done know why we are honoring Prince...
So what's the back story ? |

ArmyMomOkcIt could be in remembrance of his death. Prince died a year ago April 21st. He was multi talented and will be remembered as part of American pop culture. He was a musician, song writer, choreographer and more. I am a big fan of his music, it was the dance music of the 80's. Purple Rain was huge. There are many reasons to honor the artist Prince.

Erika/AlynianaSome of the players are fans of Prince, and we felt that around the anniversary made sense, since we couldn't do it at the time of his death.

ArmyMomOkcAnniversary of Prince's death a year ago. A tribute as Erika said. There was an event going on when the actual anniversary of his death was, April 21st.

blackmangopitOn the spring event last year, I made my garden the Prince symbol in his honor. I didn't win the contest though.
